Kailasagiri Park is located on the top of the beautiful and spectacular Kailasagiri hills facing the Bay of Bengal at an altitude of 130 meters above the sea level. The kailasagiri Park has an area of 350 acres which is mostly covered by tropical trees.
The name of the hill is derived from the word Kailasa, which means abode of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.
One more new attraction is the toy train operating at the top of this hill top park. This train takes a circular tour of this garden at the hill top.
The major attraction of the park is Lord Shiva Parvati statue. The idol of Lord Shiva a top the hill stands tall at a height of 40 ft.The floral clock one of the biggest of India with a diameter of 10 ft.

Napane is a small remote village in Vaibhavwadi tehsil. This fall has its origin at Nadhavde, 5kms upstream. At Nadhavade a water spring has sprouted suddenly at one place. Locals call it as 'umala'. 
After a journey of some 4-5kms, the river jumps down resulting in a splendid waterfall. Surrounded by lush green forests this spot has a scenic beauty. One can have a chance to study variety of flora and fauna here. Many species of birds can be seen and heard here.
Though Napane is the only round the year waterfall in the district best time to visit is September to early February. During this period one can enjoy the grandeur of this waterfall. This is the place with beauty, peace and adventure.
How to Reach
Napane is 15kms away from Vaibhavvawadi. A motorable road branches off from Nadhavade, a village on Vaibhavvawadi- Talere road. From Nadhavade, distance is 9kms. The road is in fairly good condition. If you are using NH-17, either you can take left at Talere and visit Napane via Nadhavade or can take left at Nadgive and join Nadhavade-Napane road in between. If traveling by Konkan Rail, alight at Vaibhavwadi station.

The Waterfalls at Marleshwar lies in Ratnagiri district near Sangameshwar in the state of Maharashtra. The word Marleshwar has been derived from the name of the cave in the same name dedicated to Lord Shiva.
In Marleshwar, there are 30 small waterfalls that sprout out and is such a magnificent sight during the monsoons. This phenomenon in nature is situated in the Sahyadiri range .
  The Marleshwar Yatra which takes place during the Makar Sankranti is a major event of this temple.
The best time to visit he falls is in the months of August and September, when the weather is cool and there will be moderate rains. The smaller waterfalls will be active at that time. Since the waterfall is not a perennial one. It will be disappointing otherwise in summer.
How to reach
Marleshwar is 18 kms from Devrukh and 30 kms from Sangameshwar. One has to go to Maral village, which is 14 kms from Devrukh. And after that 3 km road is by motorway and 1 km is by foot. Direct State Transport buses are available to go to Marleshwar from Devrukh.
By Air: Mumbai is nearest airport.
By Rail : There is no direct access for Konkan railway. But there are few MSRTC buses which ply towards Railway station and access for railway station is Sangameshwar & Ratnagiri.
By Road : Mumbai Marleshwar Distance - 336 kms. Pune Marleshwar Distance - 264 kms.

The Lingmala Waterfall is a breathtaking and absolutely awe-inspiring waterfall that is situated on the Mahabaleshwar-Pune Road. 
Lingmala Waterfall is formed by Venna River. There are two waterfalls, one mini waterfall and the main waterfall which falls from a height of 500 feet. The mini waterfall is safe & suitable for swimming and playing in the water. One has to walk for 30 minutes to reach the viewpoint of main waterfall from the mini falls. There is no way to get into the water at main falls but visitor can get magnificent views of waterfall from the view point. 
The Lingmala Waterfalls are the ideal picnic spot to enjoy with family and friends because of their ecstatic location, and should not be missed by nirvana seekers, photographers and nature lovers especially.
The best time to visit is from July to October, when the waterfall is at its peak flow. The waterfall can be dangerous in rainy season, so it is not at all advisable to swim.
How to Reach
Lingmala waterfalls are approximately six kilometres away from Mahabaleshwar bus station, and then it’s a climb to get to the top of the falls. If you’re heading there from Mumbai, it’ll take you at least six hours on the road. Since these falls mainly come to life during the monsoon, we suggest going there July onwards until December.

Borra Caves are situated on the East Coast of India in the Anantagiri Hill range of the Araku Valley. Spread across an area of about 2 sq km, the caves are situated around 1,400 m above sea level. In 1807, the caves were discovered by William King George of the Geological Survey of India. Considered to be one of the largest caves in India.
According to locals, once a cowherd lost his cow while grazing. He soon realized that his cow had fallen down. While searching for the cow, the cowherd found these caves and came across a Linga inside it. The Linga is considered synonymous to Lord Shiva, who saved the cow. After this, a small Shiva temple was built right outside this cave.
The interiors of these caves are installed with sixty three lamps of mercury, sodium vapour and halogen lamps. The destination also has several mica mines; hence a project named Thalipudi Reservoir Scheme is introduced for mining precious stones like rubies.
The caves, being one of the largest in the country, can be found at an elevated point of 705 m (2,313.0 ft), explicitly exhibiting various forms, shapes and sizes of speleothems. The caves are made up of karstic limestone structures in majority that extends to a stretch of 80 m (262.5 ft) because of which it is considered the deepest cave of India.
Tourists can spot number of bats and golden gecko in these caves. Mosses and brown-to-green algae are some of the popular floras seen inside these caves. 
Breathtaking hilly terrain, beautiful landscape, semi-evergreen moist deciduous forests, and wild fauna of the area are a visual feast. This cave is the biggest in India considering the area it has spread geographically.

The caves are located in the Ananthagiri hills range of the Araku valley of the Visakhapatnam district. The distance of caves from nearby cities is : Bhubaneshwar (448 km); Hydrabad (656 km).
Air : The nearest international airport is Visakhapatnam Airport, 76 km.
Rail: The nearest station is Vishakapatnam Railway Station (89 km) which is well-connected with trains from all over the country.

Chinchoti waterfall are located in Vasai, in the sub-urban areas of Mumbai. Located amidst lush green forests, Chinchoti waterfalls are comprised of a bunch of small and big waterfalls. The big waterfall plunges from a height of 100 ft. 
It is a good place to do some basic trekking, as the place is scenic, and has a few small treks around and to the the waterfalls. One can also check out some of the nearby attractions like Tungareshwar, which is the highest plateau of this area and Kamandurg Peak. Tungareshwar also has a temple that one can pay obeisance at.
The track is narrow jungle path and one can easily get lost without the help of escorts. The sound of the rains drops and orchestra of insects gives an eerie but adventurous feeling throughout this trek. You hear sound of watercourses trundling down rock faces chatting at a high frequency before it comes in your view.
Tourists visit this place to enjoy this majestic falls. This wonderful waterfall makes a great monsoon getaway for mumbaikars. 
How to Reach
By Rail : Local Train on western Railway Route and nearest stations being Vasai Road / Naigaon Station About 1 Hour Journey From Andheri Suburb or Half hour more from South Mumbai Stations.
By Car : On National Highway 8, Take left (If towards Mumbai) after crossing Vasai and follow the Bhiwandi Road Direction Sign Board (Do not take the flyover that comes immediately after sign board on Highway). (If coming from Mumbai), after crossing Naigaon take right below flyover towards Bhiwandi Road. Those coming from Thane and Navi Mumbai area can take National Highway 3 (See Map)
By Bus : Regular MSRTC bus from Vasai Railway Station West Depot are available costing about Rs.15.
By Auto : Share and Private Auto’s from Vasai Railway Station and Naigaon (Both East Side) are available. Private auto may charges around Rs.100 to Rs.150 till Kaman Village, While Share Auto may take anything between Rs.20 to Rs.30 (Per Head).

Vellarimala is a mountain range in Kerala and it spreads across Thiruvambady Panchayat in Kozhikode district and Meppadi Panchayat in Wayanad district. 
Vellarimala hill is accessible from the last village in the region Muthappanpuzha, near Anakkampoyil town, about 50 kilometers from Kozhikode.
The region is contiguous with the Nilgiris of Tamil Nadu. Regardless of the exhausting climb however, travellers come here for the sheer thrill and adventure the place has in store for the trekking enthusiast.
