Located a little on the outskirts of the city in Malad, Aksa Beach is an unparalleled oasis for a rejuvenating retreat from the hustle bustle of the city traffic.
The mesmerising coastline is one of the longest in the city and offers an extremely vivid and surreal panorama of the merging horizon ahead. The beach is still untouched by the city crowds and hence maintains its natural charm apart from being immaculately clean.
The place is situated between INS Hamla Camp on one side and another beach called Dana Paani on the other.
September to March is considered the best time to visit Aksa beach. The other months can get unbearable due to the heat and humidity. Also, due to the strong tides, it is also not recommended to visit during monsoons.
How to Reach
This village beach of Aksa is near to the western railway station of Borivali and Malad. The beach is located at a distance of 9 KM from Malad west while 12 KM away from Borivali west.
