Chandragiri Fort,Andhra Pradesh,India

Chandragiri Fort is located in Tirupati district if Andhra Pradesh state of India. This fort was constructed before 1000 years. At that period the place where this fort is located was in the Vijayanagar Empire.
Chandragiri was built by the Yadava Rayas in the 11th century, and they ruled it for over three centuries. It then came under the control of the Vijayanagara rulers, who moved here when the Golconda attacked their capital at Penukonda.

They built the place in the form of barricades and rampart. This place is in the southern part of India and was ruled over by the Kings of Vijaynagar in 1367 Ad.
The Aravidu dynasty was the one who then ruled this place when the Vijayanagar Empire saw their downfall.

The most enchanting, fascinating and alluring are the Raja Mahal and Rani Mahal in the Chandragiri fort.
