Araku Valley is an extremely scenic hill station in the district of Vishakhapatnam in the southern state of Andhra Pradesh. Famous for its expanse of coffee plantation, the valley is surrounded by green hills, lush valleys in different shades of green, and forests all around. 
The valley is in Eastern Ghats and inhabited by different tribes and is located approximately 110 km away from the Vizag , Andhra Pradesh at an altitude of 4265 ft and spreads around 36 km. Musical notes of waterfall and Lush Green Forest makes the journey more lively.
Araku valley is famous for the Coffee Plantation. In the year 2007, India’s first tribal organic coffee brand was launched in the valley. “Araku Emerald”, the perinium brand of coffee sells globally.
The journey to Araku Valley is the most enjoying as the rail passes through tunnels, hill sides and streams. It is better to go to Araku by train and return by road.
The natural beauty of the valley is the main attraction of the place and draws tourists from all over the country as well as abroad.

How to Reach
Air - Nearest Airport is Vishakhapatnam from where curvy roads to Araku Valley can be relied on.
Rail - Araku Valley has two railway stations that are on Eastern coastal line. It is a great way to journey to the valley, as the views from rail are quite enchanting passing through bridges and tunnels.
Road - From Vizag the route is quite clear for a road travel. Those coming from everywhere else, they generally have to reach Vizag to reach to Araku Valley.
