Solanpada waterfall is a popular place and the nearest one which makes it easily accessible. Solanpada waterfall in karjat is 26 kilometers from the karjat railway station and 24 kilometers from Neral railway station. 

Being a very beautiful spot with lush greenery around the huge multi level down falling dam area in Kashele / Kasheli village of Karjat, 

This waterfall is built on the solanpada dam which is a beautiful place to visit.You can travel by your private vehicle or else you can catch up the mini buses from neral station

The dam itself is very risky, straight deep about 300 metres and muddy at bottom which has observed accidents in past.

Solanpada Waterfall and Dam also known as Jambrung Dam and waterfall is a popular place for picnic with family and friends. 

It is good spot for one day picnic but leave this place before sunset because there are no  hotels or restaurants 

How to Reach

By Air: 97 km from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai.
By Rail: 26 kilometers from the karjat railway station and just 24 kilometers from Neral railway station.
By Bus or Road: Autos available at every 15 min from Karjat and also mini bus available from Neral in rent about Rs.25 to Rs.30 per person. Sometimes charge Rs.50 in weekend.
