By Train
Igatpuri serves as the nearest railway station to the hill town located about 61 kms away on Central Railway. However Nashik is more convenient comparatively. However, Dahanu lying on Western Railway about 65 kms away is also an option.
By Road
One will find regular buses being run from Mumbai, Nashik and Thane till Jawhar on regular basis. Both state owned as well as private buses plies to and fro from the town.
